It is an isolated single-family house with a ground floor + upper floor + basement. The house is located in the intermediate-northern part of the plot. The topography of the plot is slightly inclined, being towards the South. The road access to the plot is made from the road located to the North, giving direct access to the parking lots on the exterior ground floor level on one side of the house. The plot is accessed by pedestrians from the same road and from here you access the main entrance of the house located to the North, passing through a garden area.
